World Vision
Australia 's mission is to fight poverty through empowering
people to change their world. This includes not only work in
various developing countries, but educating people to be advocates
for others. This website was designed not only to present the work
World Vision Australia is doing around the world to end poverty
but also what action people can take themselves. Links to other WV
partners are included to encourage people to see what is going on
at the World Vision nearest them.

Boston "is a non-profit,non-partisan organization dedicated to
promoting awareness and understanding of foreign affairs. Our web
page lists our monthly events that are open to members and
non-members. Also, we list useful links for foreign affairs topic
and offer detailed info about WAC and its Global Education Office
as well."

- World Federation for
Mental Health. The World Federation for Mental Health,
established in 1948, is an international advocacy organization in
consultative status to the United Nations and its specialized
agencies on mental health issues. It works to promote better care
for the mentally ill, to protect their human rights, and to focus
attention on special mental health issues affecting refugees.
